It wouldn't seem reasonable - but I bet they could do it - even if it's just a quick check concerning contacts and affiliations.
Much of what's going on isn't reasonable - and it may take unreasonable methods to defeat the unreasonable.

An individual or accumulative CASH deposit in a single day results in the bank asking for ID and filing a form with the IRS.
The bank can seek an exemption for qualified business clients who routinely have large cash deposits.
A wire transfer or check of $10,000 or more does not trigger any alert.
Investigating wire transfers associated with more than 1 million annual peer to peer loans would certainly create a significant number of new government jobs.
Did you notice that no one wants to claim the body for burial?

Likely there will be a controversy about where these bodies will eventually be buried, similar to what happened in Boston with the older brother's remains.

Actually - CNN is reporting that Enrique Marquez helped build Pipe Bombs with the Radical Islamic Terrorist Farook, BUT - it was just their HOBBY. Just clean safe fun. He is sure that Farook did not use any of his Pipe Bombs because he was so good at building them .... they would have exploded.
Perhaps Marquez is getting a $15 Million dollar lawsuit prepared for insinuating he built poor Pipe Bombs as a "Hobby".
Perhaps Marquez can score a "Meet and Greet" at the White House ..... to sooth is hurt feelings.
That's what it boils down to. It will take time for the police to arrive. When they get there, they will have to access the situation. Basically, you are on your own for quite some time. If you aren't trained or comfortable with a gun, carry pepper spray or a tazer instead.
