Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) , the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, tells Breitbart News Daily about House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan's and Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell's (R-KY) plans to force Americans to pay for President Obama’s Syrian refugee resettlement program. “It’s going to be jammed through,” Sessions told host and Breitbart News executive chairman Stephen K. Bannon. “Members of the Senate are very frustrated. We have no idea what the contested issues are [in a forthcoming omnibus spending bill] and how they’re going to be decided and who’s deciding.” Sessions continued by noting that Congress is in this position in the first place because Democrats are blocking the appropriations process—but then Republican leadership going along with them by negotiating everything in the forthcoming omnibus spending bill in “secret.Sessions has been sounding the alarm about Ryan’s and McConnell’s plans to enable Obama’s efforts to bring Syrian refugees to America and resettle them in cities and towns nationwide.”

Rest of the story here:

Exclusive

I hope they all get the Eric Cantor treatment. No wonder Ryan has been squealing about Trump.

The GOPe are scum. They are trying hard to go against everything they said they would do if elected. Ryan is a weasel.

This is what is so despicable about congress in general. Doing it behind closed doors which is the preferred method to do what they want hidden from the people. With all the talk about security and Muslims they think the can get away with betraying the people and their remarks won't be open to criticism. This is an example of GOP failure once again to do what they were elected to do. Examples like this are what drives support to Trump. I hope Ryan and McConnell both rot in hell but would like to see them flambéed in this life time.

Credit to Sen. Jeff Sessions for outing them. He says “It’s going to be jammed through,”. I know something I would like to see jammed through too.

“We do have the power of the purse,” Sessions said.

We don’t have to fund an unlimited number of refugees to come to America because the president said that’s what he wants to do. For Heaven’s sake, Congress is elected by the American people. We have a duty to put money on projects that we think are good for America and not spend money that we think are bad for America. And I think it’s time to say no to the president.

The GOPe and the RNC are also meeting in secret to find a way to rig the convention to take down everyone but Bush and Rubio. They only invited people from those two campaigns. They are trying to thwart the will of the people. Wake up Repubs, they DO NOT care about you!

Maybe a transporter accident?

Its good to see so many people waking up to the fact that Congress is where things are done. Thing I have to ask is...why? Whats driving them to vote for this?

YES, That is the question they need to answer. They are betraying those who put them in office and we need put their feet to the fire and make them state why are they doing this.
They are getting paid off somehow or someway.

Wouldn't it be sweet if we had a congressional investigation committee convened to get to the bottom of it ? Never happen but it should.

At least they could put up on sign on their office door.

Nope, it's deer hunting season, and Ryan is an avid hunter.

'Round these parts, men don't shave during deer hunting season.
