Yeah, who needs highways anyway? Nobody uses them and plus I don't think our roads and infrastructure are crumbling enough!

We have so many more people today and cars on the road, so why would we need to update our infrastructure?

The problem will take care of itself. Oil companies need to be taken care of first and foremost. We need more wars, and BP/Shell must remain profitable at record levels.

Exactly! We need to give more bailout money to globalist banks and detached corporations, especially ancient oil companies that are destroying our World. Even though they don't show any allegiance to the US or Americans, I'm sure they will find the time to maintain our roads.

And even though corporate bailouts go against every free market principle, it's OK when it is the richest and most powerful in society that are being given free unearned income by the Trillions. It's only a disgrace and outrage when we help the poorest in this country.

But there are other factors that affect the economy. A big one is Barack Hussein Obama's policies, and things are never going to be like they once were until we get rid of the ass in the White House with his destructive policies. He is the biggest problem we have right now.
I thought conservatives were predicting in 2012 that if Obama was re-elected oil prices would skyrocket?

What Obama polices are destructive, in your opinion?

For the average consumer it is good and then they have more disposable income which should be good for the economy. For the stock market some times it is bad because it could be an indicator of slowing demand which comes from a slowing economy.
