so if they plan to ignore the posted rule and they get away with it based in the 1st A. Does that give me the right to ignore the posted rule regarding the 2nd A ????
Good!
In the interest of JUSTICE and FAIR PLAY a PERMANENT injunction should be granted!
If they are not in the mall to shop, they are TRESPASSERS!
If they want to hold a demonstration, they should stay on public property, and get all required permits.
If they want to lie down on the sidewalk and have a "Die In", they should be prepared to be walked on. If they want to hold their "Die In" in the roadway, they should be prepared to be run over by the vehicles that are supposed to have the use of the road.
Actions have consequences. If one can not handle the consequences, one should not do the actions!
It's good to see people fighting back against this nonsense. All BLM is doing is proving to the world that black people are disruptive and don't obey laws.
Hope black lives matter folks won't take it personally because this is nothing personal.
Malls are private property, and your constitutional rights are triggered only when the government (and not a private citizen) tries to limit that freedoms.
My mom has two stores in mall of America. I know that mall has dress codes (and all malls do). You don't like that rule, you don't have to open businesses in that mall. It is their house, it is their rules. Nothing personal.
