Isn't he more suited to do that from congress?

Is there a subtle power the president has to change the laws?
Like vote this way or get investigated by the FBI sort of thing?

Why did Obama wait till he was president to bring in obamacare?
Why not when he was in congress when that was his job to make new laws?
Pls educate.

He's done plenty of damage at home as well?
He F'd up healthcare as well.
Spied on Congress, other world leaders and the press with a complete pass for being black.
Obamaphones are his true legacy.
He passed what he could. The ACA is a mangled up piece of garbage because the republicans wouldn't play ball.

Personally I would've rather seen a single payer model!

We have to vote for it to see what's in it. Remember that? The Dems had the super majority and forced this bad legislation on the American people. When passed, the majority of us were against it. That didn't stop Obama and Pelosi.

"Fundamental change" has not made America great, just the opposite.

It passed without any Republican support. So how exactly did the Republicans not playing ball affect it?
