You seem to be improperly conflating the legal code definition of terrorism (and legal repercussions that follow from charging someone with terrorism) with the dictionary definition of terrorism.

Dylann Roof by dictionary definition was a terrorist. For good legal reasons, the government did not want to label him as a terrorist and charge him as one. If they did, they would have to spend extra time and energy proving his motives and intent - when they can get the same punishment just proving guilt.

I hope this clears up your confusion.

That still doesn't change the definition of terrorist, it's not about body count, I assure you the gang related killings in Chicago have nothing to do with creating political change. Study after study have shown the guns from Chicago come through straw man purchases, another other gun control loophole exploits, so please tell me how closing loopholes affects the law abiding citizens ability to buy guns.

ZERO!

There is no "gun show loophole" Never has been.

It is none of the governments business how the people make, distribute, have, or carry their arms.
We told them that long ago, yet here we are today with them doing that very thing.

Look people, there is no such thing as an illegal firearm.

Guns are only illegal to the government that create laws. The very government told long ago to back off. Did they listen?

Every law any government places on the peoples arms is unlawful and unenforceable, unless by death.

Of coarse governments want the people at a disadvantage.
How do you think they keep their power over the people. But Luck?

Do you really believe that maintaining your right to bear arms will have any effect whatsoever on the fact that the "government" has nearly total control of every aspect of your daily life? Do you think it will help you to maintain your privacy and independence as a citizen in the 2010's?

They are just throwing a bone to the gun rights advocates. In the end it has no meaning or significance, because you lost your freedom long ago. And it didn't take a gun to win that battle.

Sun, rain, or snow, you can always count on Chicago to produce a body count. Are any of these shooters going to be called "domestic terrorists"? How many of those guns do you suppose were bought through the "gun show loophole".

Few if any were acquired via a gun show loophole.

More likely, the weapons were acquired via a straw purchaser.
