BEIRUT - An Islamic State militant executed his mother in public in the Syrian city of Raqqa because she had encouraged him to leave the group, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Friday.

They are strictly following the commands and teaching in Islam. Muslims have been this way since the origin in 683, 200 million killed in the spread of Islam. If they are just random psychopaths then how do you explain that so many of them are muslim and saying they are acting on Islam? Statistically ~99% of our terrorist attacks or attacks by 'psychopaths' would be non-muslims. that's no where near the case.
