The NCAA has had a similar policy in place since 2011, although there has yet to be a case of a trans female participant. There have been a few trans men, that continued to play on a womens team.
All people are equal. Women should shatter the glass ceiling and allow men who feel they are a woman to play on their teams. Time to stop that vagina-centric womens-only sports.
The transwomen may compete in any male competition without restriction, but the transmen must have had a testosterone level below a certain threshold for the last 12 months before they will be allowed to win medals as a female.

As someone who is generally supportive of the LGBTQ community, even I think this is a bullcrap ruling.
