there is none. The very article the OP uses says those people should have never been issued the credit in the first place because of their status.
proving once again that the OP doesnt read his own articles, only the titles.
That's pretty much what I got from his article, the fact that illegal immigrants benefitted was not intended in the legislation, it is clearly stated. Nice to see that someone else actually read the article.
Regardless, his displeasure could have been brought up in the GOP rebuttal not shouting out "you lie".

I would like elected officials to understand the proper time and place to have an uncontrolled outburst. That is a basic social skill of a civilized society.
And why do you feel that such comporum is necessary when it comes to such sweeping, expensive legislation that affects every American and that no one has bothered to read?
Did congress pass the president's health care plan or did congress modify it into an unrecognizable form?

Who knew?
If it was modified, it was by the Democrats. The Democrats controlled both the senate, and the house, the Republicans had all of their amendments to the ACA bill voted down.

No they didn't.
In fact, hundreds of Republican amendments were adopted during the committee mark-up process. As a result, both the Senate and the House passed key Republican proposals that are incorporated into the President’s Proposal.
Even though Joe Wilson was right, he disrespected the office of the Presidency by shouting out like that. Of course Obama lies. I wonder any more if anything he says is the truth. But you cannot disrespect the office of the Presidency in that setting.
Is Obama disrespecting the office of the presidency by continually lying to the American people?
Obama told countless lies from illegal immigrants not getting subsidies, to being able to keep your doctor, to even lying about how his own mother died to score political points.
We should challenge our political elites when they lie. Obama doesn't really open himself up to situations where he can be confronted about his lies.

Your links says that the Democrats took parts of old bills to include into the ACA bill, some of which was written by Republicans.
Everything I've read said the Democrats voted down almost every Republican amendment. Can you provide a source that supports the claim that hundreds of Republican amendments to the ACA bill were passed?
None of this really matters, the Democrats controlled both the house, and the senate, so anything in the ACA was something they approved of being in the bill. And it still doesn't change the fact that not a single Republican voted for the ACA.

It seems like he makes every attempt to avoid those situations.
No one should be above scrutiny, the President included. But, if we wish to hold one politician accountable we must do the same for all of them, your party or not.

The OP's own article says so.
