I have this question regarding the possible indiction of Hillary Clinton. Of the people who make up the FBI top, are they partisans? More R or D or?

I tend to believe the top tier folk will play politics, but I'd imagine they would try to keep partisan politics to a minimum in the workplace. I would hope they would leave political affiliation/leanings out of their investigations.

I am not a washington insider, so this is all here say - a lot from anonymous message boards like this haha. But supposedly the FBI is as close as it gets to stand up infallible professionals. THe current director was a high ranking member of the bush administration, and threatened to resign over a wire tap dispute. Also, he is appointed the position until 2023, which should take some politics out of it.

That being said, there were high ranking FBI agents such as Robert Hanson, Louis freeh, etc.

Did you mean Robert Hanssen, the spy?

I'd like to know if there is anyone who has the determination and skill like Kenneth Starr...

? would be the answer at this point. Same goes for the Presidency, house and senate leadership and much of the rank and file, Supreme Court. Both parties are working for the same power brokers.
