Apparently this FBI clown did not think lying under oath was worth investigating in this "comprehensive " investigation. He said he needs a permission slip from congress. So they will send him this paper so will he find purgery? What is the penalty for that?

That is exactly what Comey was trapped into saying. It was spelled out quite clearly that she did in fact commit perjury.
