Jeffrey Sterling, an African American CIA veteran was convicted of leaking classified to the NY Times. His family maintains his innocence and he has contemplated suicide while in prison.

It appears as if Hillary broke the same law that he was convicted of, except she would have broke it over and over again. Having aides without clearance handle and have access to sensitive information would in fact be a leak. This is in addition to other very questionable Hillary actions with classified info.

Is he right to be angry over what he claims is a double standard for political elites like Hillary?

Should Hillary pardon him and other similar leakers if she wins the presidency?

Sterling should be angry, and Hillary should be arrested. She committed felonies.

In other words, a GOP criminal and felon whines about Hillary's authorized use of personal emails for government business.

Got it.

The penalty and crime is for mishandling and leaking the material. It doesn't matter where it ends up.

No, she just let her unsecured private server get hacked by dozens of foreign intelligence services.

And used an unsecured line to send classified info while in China.

She was either that reckless with sensitive data or too senile to remember simple rules.
