"An Egyptian immigrant in the U.S. on a student visa is getting deported after making threatening remarks about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. According to the website Egyptian Streets, Emad El-Din Ali Mohamed Nasr El Sayed, was arrested three weeks ago after police say he posted a death threat against Trump on Facebook. “I am willing to kill Donald Trump and serve a life sentence,” El Sayed said on Facebook. “[T]he whole world would thank me for doing that.”
That's one thing but guess why he got the student visa to begin with? Are you ready? To attend FLIGHT SCHOOL!
Does Egypt not teach people how to fly planes that we have to give someone from the Middle East a student Visa to attend flight school in the US? Did we not learn our lesson from 9/11? Plus they aren't deporting him because he threatened to kill Trump but because he terminated his enrollment at Universal Air Academy (California) ...and apparently still stayed in the country.
One of the 9/11 hijackers was Egyptian.
Even if he really was getting deported for what he said on Facebook, it wouldn't be anything new. People have gotten fired for Facebook and Twitter posts. The lesson that people should have learned ages ago: Be careful what you say online. It tends to find it's way back to you.
Many of us posted that carnival barking Trump was a recruitment poster for terrorists and you Trumy fanatics scoffed. Hate to say it but I told you so.........

Lmao, there's always one. Do you threaten people with death, regardless of how you feel about them? Never mind the amount of threats Obama has received from extremist groups. Good grief.

Naw. Just the ones that are attending flight school and threatening to kill public officials. Why don't you take some refugees under your care?

Surely el husein mohammed jihammed was on his was to pledging allegiance to America and preparing for a long and prosperous career with American Airlines before Donald Trump turned him into a fanatic.
He was a guest of our country and needed to obey the laws as do other residents and citizens. What is the big story here? Visa stipulations are straightforward regarding consequences.
In what world of his can someone state “I am willing to kill Donald Trump and serve a life sentence" without repercussions. Well maybe in the ME, but not here.
Immigrant vs. Immigrant Status
If not a U.S. citizen, every person who enters the U.S. has either an immigrant or nonimmigrant status.
Nonimmigrant status
This status is for people who enter the U.S. on a temporary basis – whether for tourism, business, temporary work, or study. Once a person has entered the U.S. in nonimmigrant status, they are restricted to the activity or reason for which they were allowed entry. Some people may have more than one visa in their passport, but they can only be admitted into the U.S. in one type of nonimmigrant status at a time. Most nonimmigrant visas are issued only to applicants who can demonstrate their intentions to return to their home country.
If a visa officer at a U.S. consulate abroad believes that an application for a nonimmigrant visa is only a pretext for an intent to stay permanently once allowed into the U.S., the officer may deny the visa application. The consular officer may conclude that the nonimmigrant does not have the intent to stay temporarily because s/he cannot show significant family or employment related ties to their country of origin.
Immigrant Status
This is for people who live permanently in the United States. Synonymous terms for immigrant status are: Permanent Resident, immigrant, green card holder, and resident alien. Gaining immigrant status can be a lengthy and complex process that requires close consultation with an immigration attorney.
That was a quote from the article not me. The guy was here on a student visa which is contingent on him attending school. He's being deported because he quit flight school and stayed in the country (as you mentioned). My problem is with the person who gave him the student visa to begin with if the reason was to attend flight school.
Trump says that so he looks like he's in control and calling the shots. The candidates have Secret Service protection for a reason: they are targets. Trump paints an especially big target on himself. The SS probably spends $$$ just on Trump campaign appearance because of that.
