Isn't it like ask someone who has been bitten only by pitbulls to treat and be just as careful when they are around any dogs, including poodles and 3 weeks old puppies?

I am not trying to stir up anything, just asking a question for an open debate.
Profiling always seems to presume racism, when in fact there's no evidence to support that.

If I had any kind of authority I would drop the hammer on ANY and ALL valid cases of racism. Would not tolerate it for even a second. It is counterproductive to establishing a peaceable community.

If you are an 18 year old black kid and you've only been pulled over three times in your life, all for minor traffic violations, and all 3 times you were told to "step out of the vehicle and keep your hands where I can see them", wouldn't you have a pretty strong distrust and justifiable dislike of police in general?
Do you have any evidence to suggest Black cops stop/profile Black people or Latino cops stop/profile Latinos at a lesser rate than White cops do? If not, you're profiling cops based on their skin color and gender, shame on you.

Everybody profiles. You do it and dont even know it. Its part of life, self preservation. In this day and time, I cant see any cop NOT doing it to some sort.

You don't want to 'stir anything up', eh, OP?
By latest social justice zero tolerance standards there are more racists than actually exist.

Accept the fact that everyone will harbor some thoughts based on race which doesn't make them racist unless they take action. coincidently, most race based actions are against the law....except for affirmative action.

The hypersensitivity to the zero tolerance defined "racism', "racist" is what causes division and desensitizes people to any legitimate claims of racism.

Like a fox news presidential debate moderator, keep prodding someone by whispering in their ear, 'did you hear what that guy said about you and your mother.....are you going to take that!? what did he say? "he used the term, 'hard worker'!!!!!!!

"MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry cautioned guest Alfonso Aguilar against using the phrase “hard worker,” implying that it is somehow offensive to African Americans."

Wonder where the sympathy went?
