It has become transparent that Obama has run a covert operation. The cloak of secrecy has been provided by his propaganda machine, the former people's watchdog, the mainstream media and bargain basement but not free, press.

TeamObama uses the "can't find them" and "delay,delay,delay" (sometimes for years) to FORCE an expensive Lawsuit and Court battle ..... and then the Justice Department takes over the "delay,delay,delay" and fights it out in Courts to attempt to still HIDE the FOIA information.
Federal Judges are complicit in this scheme. A few are cracking down, but many allow it.
Our Justice System is very broken and corrupt.
