US gov't sets record for failures to find FOIA files - Business Insider

Anyone who has been informed has laughed at Obama's continued notion that he is running the most transparent administration ever. This just adds to the legacy.

It has become transparent that Obama has run a covert operation. The cloak of secrecy has been provided by his propaganda machine, the former people's watchdog, the mainstream media and bargain basement but not free, press.

Journalistic curiosity is applied only to obama's political opponents.

Obama is the figment of media imagineers. the greatest orator of all time confuses people with crystal clear phrases like, 'you can keep your doctor, PERIOD!, the world is a more tranquil place, each family will save $2,500.

In a world with a free press, Obama would be pressed on a believable response to explain how he got from his initial claims to where we are now.

TeamObama also wins the record for most "mysterious" broken/missing/destroyed Hard Drives an d Fake email accounts for Agency and Cabinet people. I think they also win the record for "lost" cell phones.

YEP - your thread got only 10 comments & 136 views. Netroots Nation trains people to flood websites to push substance down the screen and attempt to bury it.

US gov't sets record for failures to find files when asked |Associated Press

In more than one in six cases, or 129,825 times, government searchers said they came up empty-handed last year. Such cases contributed to an alarming measurement: People who asked for records under the law received censored files or nothing in 77 percent of requests, also a record. In the first full year after President Barack Obama's election, that figure was only 65 percent of cases.

In some high-profile instances, usually after news organizations filed expensive federal lawsuits, the Obama administration found tens of thousands of pages after it previously said it couldn't find any.

I'm sure people must have noticed all the FOIA Lawsuits - the US State Department has 100's of them on just Clinton's emails. TeamObama uses the "can't find them" and "delay, delay, delay" (sometimes for years) to FORCE an expensive Lawsuit and Court battle ..... and then the Justice Department takes over the "delay, delay, delay" and fights it out in Courts to attempt to still HIDE the FOIA information.

Federal Judges are complicit in this scheme. A few are cracking down, but many allow it.
Our Justice System is very broken and corrupt.

The only thing transparent about Obama are the two glass TelePrompter panels that are permanently attached to his sides.
