Describe what a Muslim terrorist looks like taking into consideration that the could be a blue-eye Hazara, a Hui from China, dark complexed African American or a blue eyed blond convert from Sweden?

With the intelligence and surveillance capabilities we have, finding people is not a problem.

Immediate execution of the death penalty if anyone in the US is convicted on any law relating to terrorism.

That's if I am in charge.
What about those belong to the religion actively practicing and shielding pedophilia?

Terrorists are already being killed on sight.

Should we also put our constitution in the shredder too?

Thank goodness you aren't in charge!

Even worse? Can you please remind me when the latest attack from Christians happened? And don't pull an Obama and go back to the crusades.

Who attacked San Bernadito?
Who attacked Paris?
Who attacked Brussels?

...etc.

What does a Muslim terrorist look like? Hmmm... Usually just parts after they detonate the suicide vest... Maybe 'holy' if they engage in a gun fight with whichever countries authorities/police forces. Although we do know the clowns that post YouTube diatribes. Since they are usually the ring-leader vs the actual detonator, gun/machete wielder, I'll only label the detonator, gun/machete wielder as terrorist.

That's the key targeting specific people with evidence. With that, I don't have the slightest problem because it is in-line with the establishment of probable cause. Establishing probable cause for the investigation of the acts committed or contemplated by individual(s) is the underlying condition of our system of justice. But that wasn't what you wrote when you stated,
"Why is it not accepted on a wider scale when we know a certain group of people are committing these acts all over the globe?"
And therein, lies the terrorist win, when we as a nation undermine our most basic principles, they win. They get us to destroy our own country. As I have read a number of conservative posters state when it comes to restrictions upon the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms:
“They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Benjamin Franklin.

Who killed 32 on April 16, 2007 at Virginia Tech, or 27 killed on December 14, 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School. What grand crusade was launched after those atrocities. Instead we are told that there is nothing that can or should be done to prevent such acts of violence. That to do anything would deny the basic freedom of Americans and even if we did something it wouldn't matter because more people are killed by cars and swimming pools.

Problem with the U.S. reaction to 9/11 is the same one that continues for much of America still today.

Of course we all want to identify the bad guys regardless why they are bad, terrorists (foreign or domestic), whether they are ideologically driven or mentally deranged, and after we find out who they are (if they haven't already killed themselves), we want to bring them to justice. Simple as that. On this we can universally agree.

The big mistake is when we don't properly identify the bad guys. For example, we attacked Afghanistan in response to 9/11, then Iraq, but Afghanistan nor Iraq were responsible for 9/11. When we are not careful to strike back intelligently, appropriately, specifically at the bad guys who COMMITTED the crime, we run the risk of making matters worse rather than better.

These acts of terrorism by Islamist extremists do not represent but a small percent of Islamists, just like Catholic priests who abuse children do not represent all Catholics. Also of course, even though these sickos represent a small percent of the population, and even though their violence is negligible as compared to all sources of violence, their actions cannot be tolerated. They must all be brought to justice, but in accordance with our rule of law! Not emotions, not prejudices, not religious differences, not bigotry!

Fortunately, we do still manage ourselves pretty well in accordance to the law, still presuming innocence until proven guilty, but it surely is challenging to hear the voices of ignorance constantly wanting to disrespect the law in the name of their own prejudices and apparent longing for the good old days of the Dark Ages.

Times like these I am glad Obama is still POTUS rather than some cowboy like Bush Jr. or Trump who just can't help themselves when it comes to dealing with these new-age problems that require a good deal more thinking and much less playing to the crowds. Good leadership is doing the right thing, not just doing anything, no matter how many people you can get riled up to lynch the next poor fool who LOOKS and THINKS and PRAYS different than we do.

Or is the prevailing thought something like "if you can't beat them, join them?"
