Spot on!

I wonder what flight crews are told about dress code when flying into that retarded Kingdom? The same country funding the building of mosques all over the world, including the U.S.

Once again; priorities of faux outrage all fubarred.

Why is this any different? If some culture that doesn't wear pants came to the US, they'd have to wear pants. They would not be pants exempt.
Why is this any different? How many men would want to leave home naked? You are really stretching moral equivalency here. Everybody talks about when is Islam going to reform itself? The answer is never as long as the west kowtows to every whim of Islamic governments. Oh btw, you were wondering what "radical" Islam is so you can fight it? Well, this is it. Forcing non-Muslims follow Sharia.

Going by that Jennifer Aniston ad, alcohol flows freely on Emirates. I am pretty sure they don't care much for veils either way.

Aw jeez, I see metaphor is not your strong suit.

Ok let me put it to you this way:

In a lot of other countries it is perfectly acceptable for women to go topless on the beach. And a great deal of women do.

Is it perfectly acceptable for tourists from Australia and Europe to get their boobs out on the beach in America, as they do at home?

No, it isn't - you know why? Not because boobs are bad, but because when you're in another country you don't dress in a way that seriously offends that country's culture. Because it's effing rude. And a lot of the time, it's against the law.

Just like going topless on the beach is here in the US.

This isn't difficult.

Flights to/ from SA , long time US ally, are not permitted to carry/ serve alcohol.

A woman traveling without a proper escort will not be allowed to enter SA.

Exceptions are made when the woman is being met by a suitable male escort.

Iran is progressive compared to SA.

Emirates is owned by the Dubai, UAE government and the flight crew is substantially international. They are based in Dubai and the airline picks up the tab for housing.

With the exception of flights to/ from Saudi Arabia, alcohol is served on all flights, including during Ramadan. That the airline chooses to serve alcohol during daylight hours during Ramadan has been condemned by some Muslim organizations.

The Emirates flight crew respect local customs and the female flight attendants cover as appropriate, where appropriate, outside the plane.

If you are going to visit another country, you need to respect their laws, customs and traditions.

When that Muslim delivery guy refused to deliver beer, every liberal stood up and cheered for him but now Air France crew has to suck it up and do as told. If Air France is so concerned about not hurting mullahs, may be they should send an all-Muslim crew to Tehran.

To secure the privledge of flying to/ from Iran, Air France agreed its flight crew would abide by local customs/ laws.

Air France employs flight crews and imposes work rules on their employees. One of those rules is that female flight attendants cover their heads with a scarf when in Iran. Flight attendants are representatives of the airline and remain " on the clock" during layovers.

Unions representing flight crews often use the media to complain about work rules. Who knows? Maybe it's a ploy to get a financial bonus for the crew who bid on these flights. Maybe some will not bid. Others will.

Problem solved.
