If or when a guy is changing in a women's locker room and gets an erection, he needs to be arrested and charged with a crime that would result in him being a sex offender if convicted.
How the F is this law supposed to even work if their are minors in a locker room? If a guy goes into a women's locker room and starts changing (and exposing himself) and their are minors there then he needs to be severely beaten.
This will just hasten the availability of single stall restrooms and changing rooms. They'll become the norm instead of the multi stall/changing room model we now have. I'm good with that and it solves everyone's problems.
I think this is a good solution.
