What the officer did was dangerous. The guy driving was an idiot. Both wrong.

Appears to me they were baiting each other.

[looking for a confrontation]

Why would the cop brake check when he could total his police car? It's not just any police car, it's a Crown Victoria which they stopped making a few years ago. Those are starting to become a relic! You don't see many of those around anymore. It was probably one of the last ones in his department and he quickly wanted to get rid of it. Haha.

while the kid was in the wrong, he was following a bit close, but far enough that he was able to stop, the cop was in the wrong for brake checking like he did. cops need to set an example for the rest of us and drive safely. when they do things like this, they should be set down and reprimanded at least. and enough of these incidents they should be suspended without pay.

" Was it right?"

We ONLY have 1 SIDE of the story and as usual some go off half cocked with all kinds of ignorant claims.

Of course, it is not politically correct to say "I want to stop you because you look like a black criminal", or "your car looks like a stolen one", ... but you can figure it out...
Gimme a break! The driver was black and even he doesn't say that it was a racial issue. But somehow you know the "truth".

Which side does the video show? The Tailgating side or the brake check side?
