The FBI has been investigating this for a year. I am pretty sure they are aware this guy is a green-card holder. I love when people dismiss this as, "oh, he's a green card holder, nothing to see here." I am pretty sure the FBI figured that out as well in the first 18 seconds looking at this, and maybe just maybe have spent the other 364.9 days looking at other issues.
