Maybe he would have if someone hadn't intervened, but stop making stuff up.
He did according to the DOJ definition of rape:

"The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” "

The DOJ doesn't get to change the meaning of words.

That's not rape as most people understand it; it's not rape as it has been defined and understood historically; and it's not rape as it defined by California law. .

California law defines rape as "an act of penile/vaginal intercourse accomplished with a person, not the spouse of the perpetrator, and without the consent of the person."

IT WASN'T RAPE, AND THE FAKE-NEWS MEDIA LIED THEIR ASSES OFF.

It’s also rape when the victim is unconscious per ca law

It's also rape according to the dictionary. https://www.dictionary.com/browse/rape

No, it is not "also" rape when the victim is unconscious. It *is* rape when the person is unconscious, as the California law I just cited makes clear. There's no "also" about it.

You didn't cite "the" dictionary (there's no such thing), and what the DOJ says doesn't mean ****. Stop bragging about your ignorance.

I’d drop a link from ca state law that says so but I’m on an iPad and can’t a quick google search will tell you if someone is unconscious it’s rape. Do you thinks it’s ok to have sex either digitally or otherwise while the woman is unconscious?

I don't need to do a Google search. I just said that TWICE.
