Trump Condo building in Tampa failed before being built and kept deposits from people. Ditto for a condo building in Baha.
Eventually: Disastrous run for president of US. Which will cause financial issues with his golf courses and other properties because Trump name will be toast. It's already happening - major PGA golf event switched from Trump course and 2 celebrity chefs pulled out of 2 Trump restaurants in his hotels. There is a lawsuit for the latter and he's supposed to be deposed today.
Actually there are dozens of real estate developments where Trump started and never finished. He's been sued many times for taking condo down payments and never finishing the developments and never paying back.
Trump has been in 1500+ lawsuits over 40-50 years. That comes close to a lawsuit once a week for 50 years!
Edit: I'm sorry it was 3,500+ lawsuits over that time period. More then one lawsuit a week! For his entire working career.
Trump, this person close to the matter suggests, has become irked by his ability to create revenue for other media organizations without being able to take a cut himself. Such a situation “brings him to the conclusion that he has the business acumen and the ratings for his own network.”
It really makes sense that he wants to make money off of all of this. That's what Trump does. Soon, instead of CNN and FOX, we could be watching TNN (Trump News Network).
Always good to have a backup plan if his current gig as candidate doesn't work out......
That would be awesome. Maybe we could get some reliable and balanced news! Maybe we could stay informed about the real issues and see people freely discussing those issues.
I just see this as with his running for POTUS. He gave to candidates that just couldn't get off the ground and decided to get the job done, he would have to run himself. I can tell you that these days, if you something done and done right, you should count on probably doing it yourself!
Sounds like a great idea, just another element of "Make America Great For Everyone!" Trump for Win in 2016!
