I wonder if there's a way to permanently taint them as 'Muslims', such that their allah, assuming it actually exists, would never forgive them.

that reminds of a few years back in dealing with Somali pirates, some of the ships passing through those waters would blast horrible pop music like Madonna and it actually WORKED in keeping those Somali's away LOL
In an area like this, where reportedly the streets are littered with heads, why was a 4 year old out and about?
What mother would admit to threatening her child with beheading, assuming she did?
These women have children to give them back to allah by way of suicide bombing. Our soldiers can't take flowers or candy from the children, do to, possibly being explosive. Children don't seem to be a gift of love, more of a gift of multi-purpose ways to get rid of them.
Reading your first sentence, your second sentence is not too far from reality for these people.
