Of course, what is the blood of an innocent compared to the inconvenience of an idiot who can't keep her legs closed when she's not sure of her birth control.

The laws imposed on these clinics was obviously a means of circumventing Roe V Wade.

So much time spent by these states trying to eliminate the symptom rather than addressing the cause, in fact many states have gone out of their way to close clinics that offer contraception and education. Rather self defeating since their focus should be the prevention of unwanted pregnancies and then abotrtions.

I don't see how the 3 dissenting justices could rationalize that this wasn't an undue burden.

Yeah, because she gets pregnant by immaculate conception, right? I note there is not a shred of responsibility put on the men in your little fantasy world. Only the women are "idiots" for not "keeping their legs closed" and getting pregnant. That pretty much tells us all we need to know about you.

Sorry that you don't get to tell women what they get to do with their bodies. That really ticks you off, doesn't it?

Good.

And there it is.

It always comes back to this with you people.

Your primary motivation is never about actually reducing abortions. If it were you would have been all for expanding access to birth control and comprehensive sex ed, since both of those reduce abortions. But your side is usually against those too.

No, the main motivation from your side is punishing people for sexual behavior that you disagree with. You oppose anything that would lead to enhanced sexual freedom and reduced consequences for sex outside of marriage.

Unless it's rape I would say it's the woman's problem since she's the one getting pregnant. Chalk it up to her taste in men and her choices I would say.

I guess that thought process is what helps her think it's ok to kill a baby at it's most vulnerable stage when it needs it's mother the most.

And of course the idiot government enables her.

She got pregnant due to ignorance and solved the problem with abortion which is the ultimate ignorance.

I'm surprised they found it as sweeping as they did. This pretty much strikes down admitting privileges and expensive building code upgrades.

Maybe we need some higher I.Q.'s on the court too. Then maybe they could consider the rights of the child.

Some of these religious charities refuse to allow abortions for minors coming across the border who have been raped, one was even a 14 year old girl. The best way to doom a girl to a lifetime of poverty and destroy the child's future is have a child while they are in their teens.

No, it's more ignorant to bring a child into the world that you aren't prepared to raise.

Republicans (I am one) were dumb to take this approach in the first place. It will cost them millions of votes.

No one ever believed the story that it was all safer this way, and the only concern is for the mother's safety.
