So I am for States to have their own rights. However, I am for the Federal Government to create national laws that are regulated by the state and private sector.

For example for federal goverment to continue to legalize abortion and states must adhere to this.

Additionally, legalizing of marijuana, legalizing prostitution, and banning the death penalty in States.

Additionally, individuals are allowed to practice free and open business the Goverment cannot infringe on how people operate their businesses unless it causes physical harm to people, animals, and so forth.

States, cities, and towns manage their own taxes.

There is only a one flat national sales tax based off of inflation.

Appreciate the feedback.

So you support your beliefs to be the law of the land for everyone. That'll fit into either major party as they believe in imposing their beliefs upon everyone else. Pick your poison...

Sorry...you sound a little "conservative" and a little "liberal"...and neither group has any consistent philosophical foundation other than imposing their personal will upon others through aggression.

The state and local governments can't regulate federal laws. That's the whole problem with federal laws.

You're a collectivist/statist.

The hallmark of statist ideology is ends mattering over the means.

Feel there has to be a balance. With the scale currently giving less power to States.

Think the only authority of the Federal Government should be to protect the Constitution, ensure the sanctity of life, and utilize our military only to protect the nation from foreign enemies or aid sovereign nations. National Guard is to be utilized to protect States and maintain civil order.

Taxes and laws feel should be left to States. As said only a national sales tax to replace the income tax.

People can make up any silly labels that they want and put them up on wiki. However, any group or philosophy that does not strictly follow the non-aggression principle is certainly not libertarian.

If they rely upon initiations of force against the individual, they are just wearing yet another silly costume in a foolish attempt to hide that they are right-wing authoritarians.
