Officer shoots and kills a black guy who was pinned down.
One officer shouts that he's got a gun but when does having a gun is punishable by death?
It's like Brazil where cops can do anything...
(CNN)The graphic video shows a deadly encounter outside a convenience store.
Two police officers pin down Alton Sterling, a 37-year-old black man, then shoot him as he lies on the ground.
The video, shared widely on social media, quickly sparked local protests and drew national attention.
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, police say they came to the scene early Tuesday after an anonymous 911 caller reported a man threatening him with a gun.

Why were the cops there in the first place?
BOTH body-cams failed when wrestling the guy?
Why was he resisting?
Why did he fight after he was tazed?
Did the suspect actually have a gun?
How many times did he reach for the gun?
Why was he resisting again?
Any prior arrests? As in, was he known to the police?
In the video, you can't see what Mr. Sterling's hands were doing. Without knowing that, it's hard to say if it was or was not justified.
I hope, even though they fell off, the body cams show more than this video. I hope they landed in a manner in which they captured where his hands and the gun were.
Report on TV said someone saw the police take a gun out of his pocket where his hand was. Here we go again. Must be impossible to shoot someone while you are on the ground. Why are we hearing about this? I've driven through Baton Rouge and even spent one nervous night in a motel there. I see this as local news.
The suspect doesn't flinch (from that view), and he fires rounds into his body.
He was flinching because that chunky cop was on him. I'd flinch too if someone had their knee on my neck or any part of my body.
