Because in the case of Hindus and Buddhists , they don't have social laws.

Judaism is the most complicated discussion but the two leading reasons would be Jews are largely secular and its not a proselytizing religion. Its also a hereditary priesthood with the line of succession being destroyed. That is why Judaism has teachers and not priests. So its a dead religion , or in long remission. Zionism in Israel is a racial, cultural and political entity more similar to German national socialism.

Has any of those declared a Jihad against the U.S.?

Has any of those car bombed, human vest bombed or done any other terrorist acts around the world?

Context means a lot!
Yes it does.

AFAIK, car bombing, etc., is illegal in every country in the world. Yes, even in muslim countries. Granted, I'm quite sure the evenness of law enforcement varies a lot. It's also true that there are jewish, christian, and hindu terrorist groups operating in the world today, although islamic terrorism gets the lion's share of attention.

My point is that illegal acts in the US are illegal no matter the religion of the people doing them. Please, exactly what further restrictions would you like to see placed on the exercise of the first amendment?

What do you mean by "social laws"?

There are terrorist hindu groups. Dunno about buddhists.

The old Soviet constitution guaranteed freedom of religion and of anti-religious propaganda. I'd like to see more of the latter especially against the cult of Islam.

The entire idea of essentially outlawing Islam is insane.

How many Islams peacefully practice their religion in the world?

Muslims must take part of the blame for the way they are perceived. If Islam was truly the religion some claim it is, the Muslim leaders of the world would be speaking out against the terror that is committed. How often do we hear anything out of them? Seldom, if ever.

Obama expects us to just accept that not every Muslim is a terrorist. Okay, fine. But when radical Islam seems to be behind every terror attack it gives all of them a black eye. They only have themselves to blame for that by not denouncing these acts in a more convincing matter.

Very few if you consider the view that killing apostates of Islam as not peaceful. E.g. 80% Pakistanis say apostates should be killed. Though no one outside Pakistan would say 80% Pakistanis are not peaceful, since that number just sounds awefully high.

It depends on how you define it.

Not sure what you mean here.

For the purposes of first amendment protections, atheism is treated as equivalent to theism. Atheists have been advertising on billboards, TV and other public spaces, just as theists do. If a billboard company accepts theist-themed ads, then they have to accept atheist-themed ads. As an atheist, I think that's fair, and I'd oppose any further restrictions on theist ads.

From an atheist point of view, it really doesn't matter which name you give to god. It also really doesn't matter which religion holds a particular view. What, we should single out muslim creationists, but ignore christian creationists? How would that make any sense?
