Its not a matter of Blaming someone, like Obama and Clinton, which is very easy to do.
Its more of a failed and lack of leadership in certian areas , like Syria. I understand the concept what Obama and Clinton was aiming for. But, hoever the Musluim world take a very different view and concluded Weakness.
The Adminstration thought we are dealing with modern people with modern thinking.
