If the president's mind is sharp and they are able to do the job, and they know the job will deplete their strength - and still go for it, I wouldn't care if they were "sick" 24/7/52/8.
That is their choice to serve. Under those conditions, if they did a great job, they should be considered a national hero. FDR comes to mind. JFK also served while suffering from a bad back. I don't know of any ailments of other presidents.
I don't want any healthy "representatives"...it would be better if all of the thugs and tyrants died horrible deaths as soon as they were selected to keep thugs and tyrants from running our lives with government aggression, violence, and coercion...
Even if they didn't die, if they had to devote all of their time to treating their illnesses instead of creating "laws" to abuse us, we would be far better off.

Kennedy had his physical issues too but I'm certainly glad it was him in the Oval Office during the Cuban missile crisis and not some shoot from the lip guy like GWB.

There have been cases where extreme health issues were glossed over and/or covered up. It is suspected that Woodrow Wilson's wife was acting as president for the last year or so of her husbands presidency, and that Woodrow was in a vegetative state. Yes FDR was limited for his entire presidency, but America was sold a false bill of goods in the 1944 election. His extremely rapidly failing health was kept from the American people, who voted him in for the fourth time. His fourth term started in January 1945 and he was dead within four months -- and the Democratic Party pretty much knew it would happen too. It was absolutely not okay with the American people in both cases.
If one of the current candidates is likely to die soon after being elected, that's something that I think the American people have a right to know. I don't know if that is the case with Hillary or Trump this time around, but it would be in the best interests of the American people for both to offer full disclosure of any health problems they are facing currently.

Are you saying he wasn't elected for that fourth term?

Many of our past presidents had health issues ... probably most of them. None of them were young men.
The rigors of campaigning for president in this day and age - the grueling schedules, the long distance travel, the many meetings, the media appearances, etc., etc., ad infinitum would winnow out anyone in worrisome poor health. It may be the reason why Vice President Joe Biden chose not to run.

I think so long as they are healthy enough to do the job, suffering some ailments isn't a problem. A lot of older people run for president. Hillary and Trump are both in their 70, or almost there. I'm sure they both wake up in the morning aching.
I would really want a president humble enough to recognize when they are not fit to be president as well. While I think Donald is at least physically fit to be president (ignoring the lack of experience), I'm starting to get concerned that Hillary's health is far worse than we'd think. But both lack any sense of humility.

First of all, I want a spiritually healthy president. Apart from following the constitution, he should be sticking to the moral law as well. He should be a well-educated decent man with a high ethics. I don't care if he has some physical disease (arthritis, gastritis or asthma).
