Congratulations liberals, you're now on the same side as the Bushes, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, the Koch brothers and all the people you've spent the last 15 years calling traitors and war criminals.

The Establishment wing of the Republican party, is the reason both Romney and McCain lost in landslides to an inept and incapable, fast talker, while Bush barely squeaked by.
When the Establishment gets involved, Constitutional Conservative Republicans and Independents stay home.
People are tired of the Establishment, running and ruling us outside and around the Constitution, to push a one world government on us.

The people voted for Trump, and any republican that doesn't honor that is only going to ruin the chances for Trump to win, and will probably be the end of the party.
It isn't Trump that is to blame, it's stupid people on the list above.

Bob.
agreed, this list tells me that as much as the democrats fear trump, the progressive wing of the republican party also fears trump. perhaps the people are not so stupid after all. these people are likely afraid that trump will be an effective president, and make things better for the american people without having to trash the constitution.

Yep! That whole list of ex presidents, politicians, leaders of industry and pulitzer prize winning writers must be the stupid people, not the guy who said his top foreign policy advisor would be himself or that Obama literally was the founder of ISIS. Not the guy who aspires to have access to the nuclear codes but didn't know what the nuclear triad was in a debate. Yep, they're the stupid ones, not Trump

No. A small percentage of people gave Trump the nomination. Not the people as a whole.

They're just showing their loyalty to their "insiders club", which Trump is trying to break up. Don't forget, being a politician regardless of party affiliation, is no longer about serving the people and country; it's about being in a club of elites that get their own special treatment and laws while ruling over the little people.

...and you seriously think Trump really cares about breaking up the elites or serving the country?
He's saying whatever he thinks will get him attention and traction and will abandon it whenever it's no longer working for him.
There is only one thing Trump cares about. The care and feeding of Trump's ego.

Of course. The establishment hates Trump as he threatens their "politics as usual" and raping the US middle class.

So establishment politicians are not backing the anti-establishment nominee?

That IS breaking news!

Yeah, the Republican Party, like the Democrat Party, is full of corporate whores who don't want to hear from angry voters demanding accountability.

Now that the voters have selected someone who is not a bought and paid for corporate ***** (as opposed to the 15 or so that were) to represent them in their effort to drain some of the scum off the DC cesspool, the scum in question would like to express their disapproval at the prospect of being drained from the DC cesspool.

OK, duly noted.

Meanwhile, our friends on the Democrats side unfortunately failed in their effort to nominate a reformer.

They will not be getting angry petition letters from corporate whores within the Democrats sphere of influence, but I think many of them, the ones who care about the nation we will leave to our children, would prefer to be on the receiving end of war mongering corporatist's scorn, as we are, instead of being once again left with the single option of voting for someone who only represents the 0.1%.

Corporate whores on both sides are united in their opposition to the restoration of responsive, accountable government and, unfortunately, they will most likely succeed in once again installing one of their own.

But we aren't going anywhere.

This fight has just started.
