These perps plead down so the prosecutor can get a quick win and are then classified as a non violent offender. The magic of playing with legal labels.


How many illegal alien felons has he released and who disappeared into the shadows. How many terrorists has he released to return to kill our service men?


How many felons were deported and returned multiple times, let's investigate how that happens. It is almost as if Mexico has no government.

So, life+10 years for possession of 50 grams or cocaine and a shotgun..... That was in my town, Miami. Yes, that kind of sentencing is BS and costs the tax payers a lot of money. This is why our prisons are full, and even overcrowded.

Florida is a good example of when the mandatory minimum sentencing is causing more issues than it is solving.

He has spoken out against it on many occasions. He says the war on drugs has been very unproductive and "is sending low-level narcotics offenders to prison tears apart families and leads to even more crime"
