Was it the Russians? Most likely. China could be getting involved too though. Lets be honest, Russia has a long history of making democratic elections of other countries being delegitimatized. This is right up their ally, and both Hillary and Trump have made it easy for them. The worst part is....the Russians don't even have to lie. They might later, but who knows.
