Seeing how people in service jobs get treated like s**t every single day and night, I'm surprised more incidents like these don't seem to happen.

Waiter turns in gun he fired after fight with customer at San Antonio steakhouse | Dallas Morning News

Quote:
A San Antonio waiter has handed over the gun he said he used in an altercation with a steakhouse customer.

Gunfire erupted around 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Little Red Barn Steakhouse after a customer became unhappy with a meal, WOAI-TV reported.

The customer confronted the waiter and put him in a headlock after the two started to fight, police said.

Wimps. At the steak house I go to in Fort Worth, you give a quick shot towards the ceiling to indicate that you are ready for more water, another beer, or just to get the waiter's attention. It is called the "Plug-Em Steak House".

That must have been one bad steak.

Always be nice to the people who handle your food. You never know what they do back in that kitchen.

As a waiter during college, I wasn't treated like s#!+

At my first job as a clerk at Mervyns department I wasn't treated badly either.

It sounds like you condone this behavior by the waiter. Were you a waiter?

No, unlike Chicago, they will probably convict him for having a gun where he wasn't supposed to.

Where in Texas are guns not supposed to be? Shooting, maybe but Texas loves their guns.

NEW! Starting January 1, 2016, folks with a concealed carry license will be permitted to now carry openly in TEXAS, per House Bill 910 of the 2015 legislative session. Non-Texans from states whose permits are also recognized by Texas will be allowed to open carry under the new law January 1, 2016.
