Getting tired of smearing Trump? Start on his wife. Absolutely despicable and about as low as you can get.
Trump has smeared the wives and spouses of his opponents. Melania is a third trophy wife with a questionable immigration background that doesn't even rate high enough to be individually named on the Trump campaign NDA. Beyond that, how many times have Republicans and the right wing media sunk to new depths with Michelle Obama?
Of course, I am not familiar with UK libel laws (one story said it is easier to prove libel in the UK than in the USA).
from what i read, in the british court the burden of proof is on the newspaper to prove it isn't libelous ( as opposed to US where the burden is on the plaintiff to prove it is ). even tho the paper was just reporting what another paper had printed i believe, under british law, the paper has a responsibility to do it's own work in researching the validity of the claim.

The implication that he's acted differently than say Obama is a horrible attempt at analytics.
It's about as honest as citing that Hillary Clinton has seen more naked underage women than any presidential nominee in history! Gasp! I had no idea what a creepy person she was!
P.S. I actually hate trump more than Clinton....but I hate people playing with numbers dishonestly even more.
Several weeks ago, Don said that Melania was going to have a press conference to discuss her legal status / visa when she first came to the USA.
Perhaps at the same time she could discuss whether she lied about her college degree, whether she lied about her writing her convection speech, whether she lied about what year she came to the USA and when she first met Don. As long as she is having a press conference she could lie about her career as an escort.
See, that's the problem here. When she's deposed for this suit, those questions will be asked, and she's going to have to give truthful answers. Her background is discoverable information, and if she lies to those direct questions, that's perjury.
It's going to be very interesting to see how this whole thing plays out. It might turn out that they would have been better off leaving this one alone.
