It's better than some yankee "supposed" subjockey doing the level best to stir things up... I had a friend like this once, used to call people names or smack them then go run inside his house and yell things out the window knowing full well nobody could confront him. He tried the service as well but didn't last long, hmmm, is there a theme here? You be the judge.
On another point, at least we have pols that have conviction of their beliefs not ones that should be or have convictions! Marion Barry ring a bell???

According to ABC News (Feb. 25, 2009), "The Obama administration will seek to reinstate the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 during the Bush administration, Attorney General Eric Holder said today.
"'As President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons,' Holder told reporters."

I have quietly advocated secession for a long time. I would vote FOR it in a heartbeat, and not just for the gun rights issue. It would separate us from the coming decline and fall of the United States as a Constitutional Republic. Not to mention the inevitable bankruptcy of the United States.
Oh, yes, there are a great many issues that make secession more attractive as time goes on.
I think the Gov will be happy and feel more secure when the citizens can only arm themselves with paint ball guns... Then they'll outlaw the paint balls because you can put a "good guys" eye out with one if he isn't wearing his sun glasses !
