That statement is racist. It implies those reacting have no self control, as we would expect if dealing with wild animals, but would not expect of human beings.
I do not believe it. They have self control, and their reactions were willful-acknowledging such control. That makes them willfully acting violent.
Scary to think that a large portion of society condones and justifies violence. Is anyone voting for Trump fair game to be assaulted? Perhaps we do need some sort of security at polling locations. Let the KKK and BLM fight it out while normal folk can sneak in and vote, LOL.
