I can't stand the Hypocracy and the lies of the Obama/Hillary legacy: from thier role in deposing Khadafi to Asaad, to trading Terrorist for Traitors, or going back in Iraq or the lies around O-care. As a Independent I could never vote for these frauds, but Cruz could not get me to come out for the vote.

Then again, nobody cares about the Constitution anyway, so... /shrug
Rand is my guy and has been from the start! Now... I can only vote for Johnson, which the establishment is trying their best to discredit and defame. He was a very good governor and would make a very good President, unlike the criminal and billionaire.

They have done more to damage the US than anyone seems to realize. The cheerleaders are showing how low information voters control this Republic.

Could CNBC and CNN be anymore transparent on their so-called unbiased debates? I'm not a Trump fan, but he is absolutely correct when he says the system is rigged

There is nothing good about this election. We have a candidate who is probably the only one who could lose to the criminal. We are being played.

The founding fathers are turning in their graves!

I think to be correct, your title should read, "Would Cruz have.. " not "Would Cruz of..." Maybe English isn't your first language ... or maybe they aren't teaching English in school anymore.

I certainly think so. I was/am a huge Ted Cruz supporter. I think that Ted is without question the most qualified candidate we've seen in a long time. His knowledge of the constitution and the limits of the executive branch, his judgment on Obamacare, and his passion for principled conservative values are things this country needs right now.

But pragmatically speaking, Clinton is a deeply flawed candidate with a horrendous record. Cruz would have no trouble in debates with her. It would be entertaining to watch.

Cruz, No. Not a snowballs chance in hell.

Bush and Rubio would have had a good chance. Paul, Kasick and Gilmore , a slim chance.
All others, no chance

I would have gone with Bush over Sanders, Clinton, Stein or Johnson.

No he's way to conservative and would only win the standard Republican states.

Cruz would have been a single-issue, anti-LGBT candidate. Evangelicals would have loved him, but he would had just as difficult of a time uniting the party as Trump has. The one thing I can say though is Cruz would have been more likely to put Hillary on the defense.

Kasich would have been the answer for the GOP this election cycle, but he wasn't xenophobic or homophobic enough to make it through the primaries.

By the way, it's "have". Would Cruz HAVE beaten Hillary. Not 'of'.

My answer is still: No.
