It would also depend on whether or not anyone was drinking.
If she was drinking, you'd be guilty because she wouldn't have control of her faculties.
If you were drinking, you'd be guilty because you didn't make the best choices and had no control of your faculties.
If you were both drinking, you'd be guilty because it would become apparent that you wanted her to lose control of her faculties, while being able to lose control of your faculties.
Having sex these days is becoming more dangerous than a motorcycle.
We talked for quite a while and got along really well. There was a lull in the coversation and we both just sort of looked at each other and smiled. I had no overt invitation from her but I knew if I was going to act, that was the time to do it, so I put my hand on her thigh. Her smile got bigger, she bit her bottom lip a little and we both leaned in and kissed each other. I don't have to tell you where it went from there.
My question is, if I had misread her signals and she had pushed my hand away when I placed it on her her thigh, would I have been guilty of sexual assault? What if she had gotten so angry that she stormed out of the room or slapped me in the face? Would I now be unfit to run for the presidency?
She wasn't a Feminist.
She didn't need reminding what her p*ssy is for.
I don't know why these women are complaining now. What I would do if somebody put his hands on my thighs, I ours slap and kick the living day life out of that guy.
That is kind of harsh since it is established that both sexes touch and grab each other. I can see removing guys hand and telling him you will smash him in the face if he does it again. If the guy is a jerk and gets grabby again he deserves what is coming to him.

Maybe this is just the kind of girl she is........talk about a weird statement.
I remember dating this girl that was really handsy and horny. We had already had sex a few times and this one night she starts crying during sex. I'm like, what the? She said , "I shouldn't be doing this." Ya, put an end to that. I'm lucky that didn't go off the deep end. As you can imagine I stayed far away from that one after that night because I really wasn't looking for a rape charge.

Even Brad Pitt? Antonio Banderas? George Clooney? Micheal Jordan?
