Can you imagine the precedent this could create?

Auto makers sued because some nut killed someone with a car.

Beer makers sued because some nut got drunk and caused harm.

Knives, blunt instruments like baseball bats, (which are used to kill MORE then rifles), swimming pools, etc.

This so-called lawyer who took this case in nothing more then a bottom feeding money seeking scum bag who KNEW he didn't stands a snow ball's chance in hell of winning yet, he dragged these people through hell, AGAIN.

His type should be dis-barred!

Actually, they should not.

They didn't cause that deeply disturbed and mentally unstable nutcase to kill those kids and adults.

Many judges legislate from the bench, funny that when it goes the way you want it's Ok.

The law is that a manufacturer and others involved in commerce are not responsible for someone else's misuse of the product, and the judge ruled in accordance with the law as judges are supposed to do but don't always.

You can sue a manufacture of a Gun or a Manufacture of cars if the product is proven to have either a design flaw, or is defective is some way. The sad part of this is the gun manufacture had sold their legal product, it worked as designed. And it was the illegal misuse of that product that killed all of those people, how was the manufacture responsible for it's misuse? The real fact of the matter is they were not responsible.

It is an attorney ethical code of conduct, not to have this crap happen and cost everyone, monetarily and emotionally.
They are to know when something like this hasn't got a chance in hell, of being successful.
It is like all things Progressive left, create a lie to start a discussion about non-issues to make them a big issue and government must come in and control it.

In otherwords, It is incomprehensible that our Constitution protects liberties of all Americans. We need to fix this.
