Harassment claims are like a fine wine: they improve over time.

I voted only if the harasser runs for President but it should also include provided he doesn't stop at my restaurant after I invite him (which I saw that one of the accuser's cousin said she invited Trump to the restaurant and was infatuated with him until he didn't show up)

Only when the value of the information (real or "imagined") has appreciated enough to make it highly profitable to the seller? But of course, that is a one sided proposition, only libs get to engage in, and get away with this behavior.

Most probably only a few minutes have elapsed from the time the lie is concocted, until it is released to the MSM dogs waiting for the red meat to be thrown. The time frame discussed in those lies may vary from hours to decades.

When a lib is attempting to destroy a Conservative, anything goes. When real evidence exists against a lib, no one shall ever hear of it.
