I heard it, and no, she wasn't lying... She did say "IF trump is a sexual predator" and newt jumped all over her. He clearly felt that it was ok for him to be incredibly nasty to her, and also really, really defensive over the idea that trump could possibly be considered by anyone to be a possible sexual predator. Methinks newt doest protest too much.
Fox News is biased toward the right. If they're admitting that things are leaning left, then any rightist who thinks that things are leaning right are stewing in massive self-deception. I have to say I am shocked how deeply folks like Gingrich and Giuliani are invested in this self-deception.
Kelly hit the nail on the head: "I think your defensiveness on this may speak volumes, sir." ... and ... "I am fascinated by the protection of women..."

Clearly, the Trump campaign is simply incompetent. I doubt it is Kellyanne... so it must be Trump himself. I think his condition for hiring her was that she'd allow her reputation to be soiled by having to let him do what he wants instead of establishing a reasonable and respectful relationship between then within which Trump respects Kellyanne and agrees to abide by her rules for the campaign. Trump's refusal to acknowledge and respect the reality of the accusations against him, how incredibly well-supported some of them are, and how anything other than 100% unencumbered contrition would be seen as yet another sexist offense, doomed his campaign.
And the fact that he's acting like a child blaming the media for his own lack of capability to act like a disciplined adult, at least to stay on message, is pitiful.
