And she still wins. AND Obama doesn't pardon....then Kaine because president?

I know this is going to be soiled with "lock her up" and other sexist slogans, but let's try to keep it factual.

Joe Biden is kicking himself right now, LOL. I always loved Joe Biden but voted Hillary because Sanders was WAAAY to left for me, I like moderates to get things done.

This late in the game she won't be. She already received a free pass once, why wouldn't she again?

I don't know, but let's avoid the actual stuff to avoid the clearly-right-leaning rhetoric of this board (and subsequent name-calling and slurs). What happens if she IS?

Exactly. If she's indicted I'll be keeping a close watch on the weather reports from Hades, because it will surely freeze over shortly after.

Nothing. She can still assume the office of President. Congress then could start impeachment proceedings.

I understand everyone's opinion. But what actually would happen procedurally?

I believe she can still be elected and it will fall on Obama to pardon or not, correct?

An indictment is a charge, not a conviction. I don't think a pardon would be necessary for someone who hasn't been convicted yet.

There is no way anything will happen to her. And Kaine President ?! That is a scarier thought then HRC being elected.

Obama could pull a Ford and preemptively pardon her before leaving. She would become a lame duck, but if they decide internally she is in trouble, it would be better than getting impeached and removed.
