There is no age requirement for rights, but it has always been natural common law, the parent is always an authoritarian to the children, until one or the other dies.

In the high school’s handbook, WPTV reports there is no rule that says political shirts are not allowed, but it does say that any clothes deemed potentially disruptive are prohibited.

The shirt's message was directed at Hilary, not to anyone else. If people are that emotionally attached to someone they don't even know and have never met, then they are in need of psychiatric help.

How was this girl was supposed to know that the libs would freak out so much over her shirt? Was she supposed to read the future and comprehend the inner workings of the liberal mind, and have been able to see what reaction her shirt was going to have?

You cannot suspend a student for not being able to predict how emotionally unstable people would react.

The politicians decided people have rights, only when they can vote for them.

Plus, children's political views change all the time. It is always refreshing to see a girl or a boy who shows slight interests in current event and politics. Better than raising airheads.

Actually, it is.

Do you want your children to go to a school that can't tell kids when to eat lunch, which class to go to, forbid them to make out in the back of a classroom, remain quiet when the teacher is speaking, etc, etc?

Was she immediately punished or was she given the option to change without punishment?

Amazing that the vote is around 45 people that feel this is a first amendment right, I'm guessing none of them are teachers.
Teachers need to learn that as well, my son has been told by more than 1 teacher how terrible Trump is and what a racist and misogynist he is as well. But I guess since they are pushing the liberal agenda you and others have no issue with it?

There is that corner of the Internet labeled "Absurd" that people like to rush to when they have no reasonable argument.

When does a person, become a person?
The constitution deals with people(all people) and citizens(Americans), telling the government(those we consent to be governed by) the laws, in which humanity will allow them govern. They have broken the laws on a free society over and over since the Constitution was put in front of those we consented to be trusted to follow it.
