Methinks a stiff fine on every illegal could go toward said wall.
But most of all, fines prevent funds being sent over the border, to their families... which stymies their efforts, too.

Make the cartels pay for it instead of buying guns frm the ATF!

Gonna be a lot of mexicans packing their bags for the trip home if Trumpy gets elected.

Take it out of the money we give Mexico. Call it them paying for the wall. It's not that hard to figure this out.
