Remember how FBI Director Comey basically laid out all the "crimes" Hillary committed in the email server investigation? Then said that since the Justice Dept (i.e. Loretta Lynn) had no interest to pursue it further, he would not recommend a grand jury investigation? Basically, no charges, no crime, Hillary is above the law?
Well, since no charges were filed, the outgoing president cannot issue a pardon or pardons - There is no case against Hillary to pardon. Oh, the irony
. Comey might still keep his job after all ...
In the meantime, said investigations into the email server AND the Clinton Foundation are still going on. That has not stopped. I pity Chelsea Clinton. She's going to be ensnared in her parent's criminal activities.
Loretta Lynch, definitely out. Hope she gets charged for for dereliction of duty.
I hope Trump does not make the mistake that GW Bush did by retaining several of the Clinton hires. That haunted him all through his Presidency, with leaks coming in from everywhere internally. Trump should take all their traditional resignations and fire the rest of the people that were hired during the Obama years. Just start clean and fresh.
