It was predictable. First Obama makes a show of welcoming Trump and promising a smooth transition.

Then Obama goes out and tells us that he will "fight on" against the regulatory rollback and declares that it will "not be as easy as Trump imagines" to toss out all the de facto regulation that Obama instituted via executive order.

He says the Democrats will oppose Trump, and I'm sure that's true.
But it will make no difference, since Obama had to turn over his pen and his telephone to someone who does not value his opinion.
Obama vows to fight Trump to keep regulations in place

Obama is going against the Traditions of How one passes power to the next President. GW did not comment and or threated to counter Obama President Elect on how he should carry on.
I expect Obama to stay low until the new administration is firmly in office.

Obama is now the lamest of lame duck President.

All he has left now is the pardon.

He completely wasted one of the biggest opportunities in human history to bring some real change. I'm glad to this mulatto gone from DC.

All Barry can do is go back to his "community organizer" days and stand on an orange crate outside the White House gate yelling into a bullhorn. Maybe some of the tourists will listen to him before the police shoo him away for loitering.

Trump is going to put him on Mt. Rushmore. Unintentionally of course.

But this is the first time that we have a scary President Elect who hates everybody except those that are for white nationalism.

Hopefully they take his drones away when he leaves office, he's killed enough people.
I do think his hostile words require he be put on a watch list

Trump is considered/perceived an "outsider" president as compared to all other presidents, and one totally different than most who have been in the oval office.

No matter what you think of Obama, I venture a guess he was proud to be the President of the USA, and as many currently feel Trump may not "fit the mold". But like the protestors, way too many knee-jerk reactions and comments when Trump hasn't even taken the oath yet.
