Largest inaugural crowd. Murder rate going up. Carnage. More presidential than anyone but the "late, great Abraham Lincoln."
That he is, cleverly, playing the buffoon?
I don't get it either. He keeps making a mockery of the American people and supporters defend his lies, over and over and over and over and over again. I am perplexed by this.

This guy is making fun of them, asking them to believe one ridiculous lie after another, to make fools of themselves.
Good Lord, he even calls them incompetent fools from time to time.
"As the lies and contradictions mount, federal officials are deciding to simply ignore Trump."
"Never has a president been so regularly ignored or contradicted by his own officials," wrote Jack Goldsmith, a top Justice Department official under President George W. Bush on lawfareblog.com.
"The president is a figurehead who barks out positions and desires, but his senior subordinates carry on with different commitments."
The disconnect between Trump's words and the government's actions has been obvious for some time.
In January, Defense Secretary Mattis contradicted Trump when he made crystal clear the military would not be torturing prisoners.
Chiefs of Police across the country have put press releases to affirm that law enforcement officers are to abide by the law. No matter what Trump says, roughing up suspects is not permitted.
U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley corrected Trump when she affirmed that the U.S. remains committed to a two-state solution in the Israeli-Palestenian conflict.
Secretary of State Tillerson assured Mexico there would be no military action in Mexico.
Who was it that told the world that we would not be taking the oil from nations we invade? I've forgotten.
The military are ignoring Trump's transgender nonsense.
How can this be?
Our top officials are operating as if the POTUS is a nut case that best be ignored.
Though Huckabee-Sanders thinks the word "lie" is a bold statement, nonetheless it appears that Trump lied about calls from Mexico as well as the Boy Scouts.

This is probably not a bad idea, a pragmatic reality-based plan of action based on common sense observations, a 'reality check on his unbalance'.
Edit: should it be 'imbalances' rather than 'unbalance'? Thinking twice imbalances is more accurate & probably more grammatically correct too.

This is just nuts.
I wonder how long she will be able to tolerate backing his lies?
