Oh, no...he doesn't understand the need to apologize, doesn't ever think about his own, horrific behavior. It's all okay in his mind to dish it out, then if someone looks at him sideways, has to send a Tweet about it for the world to see OR express his outrage and unjustifiably criticize another, before his devoted fans. (Surely, behavior established when he was a child and never grew out of).
Trump just read a speech at the UN in which he called for a respect for national sovereignty then made it clear that Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, and North Korea will enjoy no such respect.
