In other news, Maggie Haberman and Mark Landler claim in a NYT column that Trump asked Kelly for help in ousting Ivanka and Kushner from their WH advisory roles.

Probably an awkward conversation when you have to tell your son-in-law to quit dealing in the house.

Trump's all about tariffs and gun control. Republicans are flummoxed.

And today is Friday, when the nutty stuff usually happens.

Wonder how he's going to top this week.
I'm still wondering if Hope Hicks will go back over to Bobby's pad and sing an aria now that she is free. She quit because Trump chewed on her about the "white lies" comment. We all know what they say about a woman scorned.

Well POTUS and his come to Jesus moment with stopping gun mass shootings is over.

Last group to get his ear, an NRA lobbyist. The Con-man has struck again.

Next will be the tariff issue, he may try to come up with something. I see the GOP cutting him down in the house and Senate.

POTUS lied again.

POTUS lied again to his supporters on the tariff issue. You and I will be paying those tariffs, which go to the Gov't. So he just raised your taxes by about 10%. So much for my monthly $26 tax reduction.

And the guy couldn't run anything.

Thanks for the reminder.. he is such a repulsive, inept, non-human being. UGH.

Days later my position is the same. Trump IS NOT some old skool Pol who will resign and go off some where to write a book. He is a man who understands that half the country want a strongman. If he is indicted I predict he will purge the FBI and strong arm the congress. He isn't going anywhere. The curtain has been pulled back on "democracy" and the office of the presidency.

It's kind of like trying to arrest a police officer.... It only works if the other officers grow sick of their fellow LEO. The GOP led Congress will not throw this traitor out because their base love him.

Uh..well..he is not strong, he's all bluster and a weakling. He claims to be a fighter, which only refers to his being pushy and constantly defending himself from (justifiable) attacks against him. And he will be going somewhere.

You have to confront a bully to have him back down
Few in the GOP and certainly none in leadership want to do that
The irrational threat he made to take guns away from scary people first--w/o due process--showed everyone w a brain he has no respect for Constitution, for democratic process, so he is as big a threat to the GOP really as he is to Democrats or rest of free world...
Ticking time bomb w/short fuse because he is malignant narcissist
The real question is how far will he go to stay in the WH and not be forced out of Presidency...
And there is no definitive answer---scary as Michael Meyers at your Halloween party...

Hitler had 10 yrs to prep a willing Germany--Trump had the campaign and first yr in office and his popularity is still at 30-35%...that is threatening because it's that large and maybe more.
I think many Trump supporters would not respond to polls so silent but supporting...
