I would imagine any President elect has the same feeling, it's an enormous responsibility. I recall seeing Obama after his first highly classified briefing before taking over the office, he had a far off look in his eyes. I would imagine once those briefings begin to occur it really sets in.
There is cool tradition Presidents have, they leave each a private letter. When Trump walks into the oval offic for the first time as President there will be an envelope sitting on the desk addressed to "45".
A far stronger argument could be made that Hillary really didn't want to win. She disappeared for weeks at a time from the public eye while she was being ravaged for email, Clinton Foundation, Benghazi....
She took crucial days off to get drunk during the campaign. Showed up drunk at the 9/11 Memorial ceremony.
Years ago he wanted to own the Plaza Hotel, once he got it his interest seemed to wane, some associates commented at the time he may well enjoy the hunt more than anything else. The Presidency may well be seen in the same way by him. It's the old 'now that you've got the tiger by the tail, what's next?', often people learn they really didn't want to catch that tiger.
You could have fooled me. Trump worked day and night at the expense of his businesses and a relationship with his immediate family for a year and a half to win the election.
He wanted to win. Trump said he wanted to win, explicitly.
He worked at Tweeting. The media gave this clown SO MUCH time, so much Free time.
And it's not just Moore who talks about this fiasco.
